From Dream to Vision to Reality

What started as a dream for the founders of Growpact Kitale Ltd. in Kenya has evolved into a clear vision:

We strive to build strong, locally co-owned horticulture businesses in developing countries, improving access to healthy, affordable food through high-quality planting materials and expert services.

And now, this vision is becoming a reality: With the establishment of Growpact Global—a cooperative formed alongside Dutch horticultural entrepreneurs and Growpact Kitale Ltd.— we are bringing the Growpact concept to life and expanding its impact.

The Growpact Global Concept

Growpact Global is an innovative concept that provides accessible, smart-tech hardware, expert knowledge, and tailored guidance to simplify and enhance young plant cultivation and horticultural businesses in emerging markets, making them more profitable and sustainable.

A ready-to-use modular system that enables local farmers and entrepreneurs to establish or expand a horticulture nursery.

This concept provides access to:

  • Advanced technical facilities
  • Expertise, training, and knowledge-sharing
  • Business analysis and planning
  • Funding opportunities
  • High-quality agricultural inputs
  • Commercial market support

With a strong emphasis on gender inclusion, climate resilience, environmental sustainability, youth employment and food security.

The Growpact Global Methodology

Growpact Global is more than just a concept—it is a dynamic methodology and knowledge hub for smart-tech horticultural solutions in emerging economies. It operates as an open network where members contribute their expertise while maintaining their individual and unique business models.

What unites all members is a shared pool of knowledge, experience, and collaboration within the Growpact Network. This collective expertise is freely accessible within the network, helping each member strengthen their own business operations.

To formalize this structure, Growpact Global is established as a Cooperative, where all founding members—and future participants—join by paying a membership fee based on their size and country. These contributions support the continuous documentation and development of the methodology.

All cooperative members gain access to the Growpact Global knowledge base, which they can utilize for their business growth. They are also encouraged to collaborate on existing and new projects, driving innovation and impact in the horticulture sector.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Sustainable growth is not just about planting seedlings in the soil, but about planting knowledge, opportunity, and resilience in communities. At Growpact Global, we cultivate more than plants—we cultivate futures.
